Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process for items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include original tags and packaging to maintain the poetic integrity of the garment.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all signature labels and security tags remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid courier label provided with your order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping information is covered.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off the parcel at an authorized collection point; once received and quality-checked at our atelier, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
